Going home for Christmas this winter just might turn Drew Cannon into a real Grinch. When his college sweetheart, Lauren Kincaid, broke off their engagement a year ago, Drew retreated to Tokyo to run the Asia-Pacific division of the family’s toy company and lick his wounds. If that weren’t enough, his attempt at a high-profile holiday doll for the company was a bust. Now he’s headed back to New York City to spend the holidays with his lovestruck dad, his pissed-off twin brother, and the ex who broke his heart.

Lauren isn’t exactly keen to spend Christmas with her former flame, either. But as JDL Toys’s marketing director, she’s forced to deal with their doll problem, holiday or not. Things take a turn for the worse when she and Drew are tasked with planning surprise nuptials for his brother.

With all their focus on happily ever after, Lauren and Drew soon discover things might not be so settled between them after all. Can a holiday wedding offer them a second chance at forever?

REVIEW
I was so excited to read the newest Robyn Neeley book, especially after loving Destination Wedding. I always enjoy seeing previous characters in a series. Though, you can definitely read this book if you haven't read Destination Wedding (though why haven't you? It's funny, romantic & sweet!)

Holiday Wedding was no disappointment. Neeley did a wonderful job bringing back characters I fell in love with -- all her characters are people I would want to be friends with. I especially loved the two main characters, Drew and Lauren. What was truly sweet was that the two had a long-time relationship in the past, even had a wedding in the works (Destination Wedding) but called it off. The two completely regretted their decision, and wanted to get back together, but the timing was always off (and they were chickens!) Not to mention the unique secondary characters like Lauren's best friend, Miles, who we met in Destination Wedding and Olivia... ahem ... Drew's girlfriend.

Drew comes back to New York from Tokyo for his brother's wedding and who picks him up at the airport? Lauren! From the moment they see each other, their hearts are in the right place, but again there are setbacks and complications.

What I loved the most about this story was the holiday feel -- I read this in November, but I already felt like I was sitting in front of the fire on Christmas Eve. There's a lot of magical moments that take place and ultimately lead these two together. All with spices of surprises and secrets mixed in between.

I loved loved loved this novel and will re-read again as Christmas gets closer. Nothing better than a magical romance during the season to be merry!
